At Be Styled By Chen, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave. • 48 hours notice cancellation / reschedule is required and appreciated 

• Less then 48 hours notice you will lose your deposit 

• 50% non refundable deposit required to book an appointment

• If you are a no show for your appointment deposit will not be refunded

• Please arrive on time for your appointment, however there is a 15 minute grace period for lateness.

• If you are over 15 mins late for your appointment this will be considered a no show.

• Please always contact us if you are running late.

• No Refunds
